Yo,

Yesterday was the celebration of one of our dear Brummies named Hadri. This fella went to Manchester to do god-knows-what on his birthday the week before, forcing us to only celebrate it yesterday. A big person has a big appetite so where else did we all go but to a buffet restaurant called Pad Thai! Or is it Cathay Restaurant? Whatever, the buffet was £5.99 per person on a Sunday for lunch which was so very worth it. It is much better than another place we frequent called Royal Orchid.

The usual suspects all got there roughly around 1:00pm and apa lagi, makan la! The best part about this place for me is the availability of sushi (which is ok la, enough to satisfy my kempunan) and mussels! I tell you, I eat enough of that mussels to make that 6 quid spent worth it and a little more ;) During the feasting Muzaidy and I managed to ask the people running the place if we can have a balloon for the birthday boy. Happy to say, success!!

After the bloating event we went to Queens Hospital Close Hall (QHC) to pray before going to see Big Momma's House 2 at UGC. In the hall, Hairel was calling to ask what time to go to the cinema. What ensued was a 15-minute cursing-laughing-sembahayang-tak-kusyuk moment. All due to Mukrish and his stupid antics. I haven't laughed that hard in a long time. The movie later on was ok la (maybe because I laughed like hell a few moments before) but it was a nice close to a cool day. Of course after that we all went back home.

Oh yeah, another car mention, hehe. On the way to QHC I saw a Honda S2000 [Top Gear/Wikipedia]! This car is also in my wishlist and as you can see in the picture below, it fits the charateristics of what I want in a car like the MX-5 no? This car is also featured in the last few episodes of Initial D 4th Stage (so sad that that's finished) and the Need for Speed Underground series. Not only does its super reliable VTec (in the updated models they put in the i-VTec) revs until 9,000rpm but it also has one of the fastest electrical soft-top in the world! Do you know that the sweet sounding engine is so reliable that it has been said that of all the VTec engines Honda has produced, none has been reported to be sent back to the plant to be replaced for any damage or breakdown whatsoever? Impressive right?

Hehe, getting a bit overboard already so I will now say sayonara!!

Your friend,
DarkL|ghT

Here it is where a humdrum fella writes on what he feels like writing, when he feels like writing. Boring? Interesting? We shall see...
