Yo,

I know posting has been scarce. It's my bad but too bad la! :p So wassup today? Woke up at 7am today for a 8.15am job induction. What job you say? Me Guild of Students Cleaning Department. Yup, I decided to take a job this year and see how it goes. How can you take that job you say? Well, as some people might know or figured out I'm not really a 3rd Year Medical Student. Me 2nd Year Medical Student. How did that come about? Repeated 1st Year because kena a bout of depression. Yup, that's that (kinda glad that got out of my chest...). So basically this year apart from the quite good CV I got from society activites last year I decided to get some real work experience. Just feel that I just have to experience that part of life and how the British do work although it's just in cleaning.

So what about this job? It is in the morning, 3 hour shifts and a maximum of 4 shifts per week. I would probably only do 2 shifts per week usually which will be on the weekends. I can do weekdays to if my schedule permits me. Might do anyways. It was quite nice, the supervisor is very nice and the other Guild staff around us were very friendly. I think to get to know more Mat Salleh this is quite a nice place to do it. Hehe, so wish me luck in this chapter of my life yeah? Cheers awal-awal :p

On another note, I had 2 days free which was quite nice and different from the norm. Yesterday was spent doing some work while chilling. Haven't really chilled this past few weekends as ada jer tempat that I wanted to go. So it was nice to have a proper break. Today as you know started with the job induction (while I will be paid for by the way just for chatting around! hehe) and I had some errands lined up. Basic stuff with the uni and also some paperwork. The best part has to do with O2.

For that chapter. My contract is in its last week already actually. I already have my eyes on a particular phone which is the Sony Ericsson Z610i in black. Last time O2 macam takde jer the phone and it didn't seem that it will come out so I decided to switch to Orange since they have that phone in black but through websites la. Thank god for Basyar who told me a few weeks before that O2 will come out with it but in early November. So I decided to wait. Wait wait wait until now la. I thought it was a bit late already too late so screw it la. Gonna get my PAC code and transfer. Then Basyar told me 2 days before that its out on order and that he already upgraded his mobile. Apa lagi, cuba upgrade la. This time around I didn't feel like I was lying to O2 since I did get a call with a superb deal so I thought since last year nak cuba tipu and tak dapat to try the honest way this year (bak kata mak, jujur la dalam segala perbuatan).

How did it go? Great! I got quite a good deal la from it basically and the phone that I wanted. Wanted to upgrade yesterday but O2 nyer system was down so they said to call the next day. Quite pissed la at the time, thought I was being screwed over again. But this time around I thought to just be calm and do it in a nice, friendly manner. Not only did I do that but I also got a nice operator which I thought wouldn't be fair on her to ruin her day with a hard customer. All in all she was very very nice throughout the whole thing and I was satisfied with how everything went :D Can't wait for it to arrive!!! Yeay!

Lastly, in the evening me and the gang went to watch The Prestige. Getting lazy to write more so I will only say this. Go watch it. It's really really REALLY good!

On that note I shall say chalos and till I write again next time! Oh yeah, before I forget...Dazu keji. Congrats dude....haha.
